The following document describes operation of the FabEagle®MES - Office Workstation (OFW) Application.

Purpose

The Office Workstation is a universal tool to control, monitor and analyze production events. The office work station is characterized by a modular design. Therefore, we configure the particular modules to adapt the function to your requirements. The office work station provides the following functional modules.

•Functions for the controlling of the production events. Configuration and management of work plans, production orders, and check lists. Management of the master data for material and products.

•Functions to analyze the current production events. Overview about equipment states, process data, capacity utilization, production flow, queue times, statistical process control, batch tracking, equipment log book as well as alerts and message list.

•Functions for analyzing and reporting of the data collected during the production process (Reporting of Quality data, lot tracking, Reporting of produced batches, production statistics, OEE.), configuration and management of criterion for the quality data reporting (quality classes, range of values for process data, etc.)

Start and Exit the Office work station

Start

Open your browser and navigate to the home page of the application. The login dialog will open.

Exit

Log out of the application and close the web page or browser.
